Not sure about cutting open a safe but I do know that once you make 1 overt act todwras committting a crime you can be charged with conspiracy to committ that crime. Meaning it's ok to talk about it but the second you buy the torch you can be charged . Conspircy charges are 1 step down from the actual crime so you' d be looking at 5-10 yrs. for buying a torch wait a minute typing is an overt act .oh dam ..thanks alot now we're all goin to jail!
