Countdown to Star CNC Machine Tool Corp
Star CNC will be showcasing their latest line of Swiss Type Automatic Lathe machines at the upcoming IMTS tradeshow in Chicago on September 13 through 18th. The unveiling of Star CNC’s newest product line will feature several models to be seen for the first time, including the (much-anticipated) debut of their most recent machine – the ST-38 – which is quickly revolutionizing complex machining.
For over 50 years, Star CNC has been widely recognized for manufacturing machines with state-of-the-art technology as demonstrated by their SR-20RIII and ECAS-20T models. Yet the company is especially proud to present their new 2010 line-up that introduces the ST-38 machine to the industry and spotlights the most current multiturret technology that facilitates a larger capacity for machining components (up to 38mm).
The ST-38’s innovative triple-turret design was specifically created to capitalize on simultaneous capabilities in an effort to reduce overall machining time – a significant benefit realized by the medical, aviation and automotive industries. With deep-hole drilling on front and rear ends of components parts, the ST-38 offers high speed and universal control. As true of every Star CNC product, this machine is equipped with the company’s unique, proprietary “Motion Control” feature that further improves productivity with higher accuracy. The ST-38’s flexible tool post design also allows for additional tools to be incorporated to both increase functionality and to enhance overall machining.
The next generation of Star CNC machines at the IMTS-2010 Show will not disappoint. Stop by Star CNC’s Booth #S-8559 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois and witness first-hand how Star CNC has set the standard in manufacturing machines built with integrity, stability, productivity, versatility and speed.
