hello we have an S400 cnc and it seems to have a 200 micron backlash. i.e. when you move it in one direction and then to the oposite direction the driver moves by 200 micron before the head starts moving again. is that something that can be corrected?

The order of measurement tools

1. fixed to the desk sensor for measuring (1) or comparator (measurement hour)
2. select JOG mode
3. The order of measurement tools (F) on the sensor / measuring delivery, set pointer to 0
4. comparator call registry tools - Parameters /Tooloffset
5. press the softkey Determine compensate
6. in the field "Reference" choose the Z axis of the
7. accept a position with the forehead spindle OK
8. enter a value in the field Length 1 "Reference Dimensions" as a "reference value" (loc. forehead spindle)
9. set in tool that will be measured, for example, T1
10. lead tip tool (P) on the sensor or feeler comparator. Positioning the cursor on Length 1 (T control the number of tools in Tooloffset)
11. click "Determine compensate", choose the Z axis and click OK. The length of the tool is stored under the L1
12. choose the next tool that will measure (T2) and repeat the actions of step 10 and so for all tools.
